Everyone at Freeman Catering Butchers is passionate about the quality, the service, but most of all about the taste of our meat.
We are committed to animal welfare, and ensuring that the products we supply have been reared and slaughtered to the highest welfare standards. We work with suppliers who minimise animal stress in farming and slaughtering, to give assurance of flavour and taste.
Produce is sourced from Red Tractor-assured food standard suppliers – a mark of safe, quality food in which the public can trust.

Beef
Our beef products come from grass-fed cattle and have been naturally reared for the truest flavour. Beef is traditionally matured to bring out the tenderness and carry through the taste. Beef can be hand cut and trimmed to the highest standard, to ensure you get more meat for your money.
Poultry
Our delicious chicken and poultry is ‘Freedom Food’ accredited by the RSCPA, and a guarantee that the animals have been treated with care and respect.
Game
We offer a full range of seasonal game products including Wild Boar, Ostrich, Venison, Pheasant, Woodcock, Grouse and Partridge.
Sausage
Our sausages are made by combining the finest meats with natural herbs and spices. We supply a wide range of specialist sausages, all of which can be tailored to requirement.
Lamb
Our lamb is grass fed and naturally reared to deliver the finest flavour. Lamb is hung for 5-6 days to ensure the optimum flavour and mouth-watering appearance.
Pork
Our pork is reared by farmers who care about their pig’s animal welfare and are selected, like all of our produce, for succulence and flavour. We supply a full range of pork products and cuts, including rare breed pork.
Bacon & Gammon
Bacon and gammon is traditionally dry cured. We also supply a smoked range, and speciality range.
Cooked Meats
A full range of cooked meats is available including hams, roast beef, pork, turkey and chicken. We also supply award winning black puddings, speciality and continental cooked meats.
