Our company sits on the borders of the lush farmlands of County Durham and Northumberland, and is committed to using local produce where possible. We encourage all our customers and suppliers to buy local.

Such is the commitment to local produce we have our own livestock, which we sell under the respected Hadrian’s Heritage brand.

These cattle and lamb are raised here in the rolling hillsides of North East England and slaughtered to the highest welfare standards. We use traditional methods to age the beef on the bone for a minimum of 21 days, allowing time for the rich flavours to develop and create succulent tender meat.
